What are we like to work with?
We operate a management-by-project approach and, wherever possible, we engage others with specific expertise in particular fields. Consequently, we have a streamlined Head Office operation.
We believe that our reputation in the marketplace is a testament to the way in which everyone within APM Group deals with our customer base.
The structure of APM Group is such as to give confidence to our stakeholders in our certifications. In particular, we have a documented structure which safeguards impartiality, including provisions to assure the impartiality of the operations of APMG, manage any potential conflict of interest with our staff and contractors and ensure objectivity of all our certification activities. From top management downwards we are committed to impartiality of our operations. The structure enables the participation of all parties significantly concerned in the development of policies and principles regarding the content and functioning of the certification system through the Ethics and Standards Board which is independent of operational activities.
In short, everyone involved in the delivery of the services is focused on delivering quality, improving the way we work and providing satisfaction to everyone in the delivery chain.

Changes to the Certified Cyber Professional scheme
A pilot for certification in CCP specialisms is ongoing and the new scheme will be introduced in 2021. As previously communicated, any changes will be phased in over time (during a transition period) and no-one will be required to hold both a role and a specialism certification for the same cyber security activity. All candidates with a non-expired role certification are unaffected – your role certifications will continue to be valid in the usual way until the period for which you were certified has expired. The deadline for CCP role applications and re-certification applications is 28th February 2021. It is essential when making an application that you inform your referees well in advance of submitting your application as fees cannot be refunded if references are not received in time to process the application.
Further information about CCP Specialisms and launch dates will be provided by the NCSC in due course. If you have any queries about the above, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
